Attention:

Submit only ticket related to Account reset or change email or requesting a refund.

If you want to know how investment plan works, go to your Upline and ask him/her about how MIK.O works.

If you have existing tickets, DO NOT SUBMIT A NEW TICKET! instead, View your existing ticket for follow up.

If you create multiple tickets on the same issue, it will be deleted.

DO NOT REPLY DIRECTLY to email sent to you. Instead View your existing ticket to reply.

If you reply directly to email sent to you, it will be deleted.

All tickets not related to MIK.O will be deleted.

DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR CREDENTIALS if you are not told to submit it.

All replies and follow-ups must be done inside the support by viewing existing tickets.

If your ticket is urgent and you followed the procedures correctly, you will get a reply within 24 hrs.

If your ticket is not urgent, you will get a reply within 24-72 hours.

If your ticket is not relevant, you will NOT GET A REPLY and ticket will be resolved without a reply.
